Meditation MinutesSelect a favorite painting. Observe it closely and absorb it's essence. Let the scene permeate your mind. Now close your eyes, gently relax all your muscles, and concentrate on your breathing while keeping the image in your mind. Let all your problems, worries, and concerns disappear as you concentrate on the image and your breathing. Let your breath become more slow and shallow. Allow this feeling of peace and serenity to permeate your entire being. Maintain this state for 5 - 15 minutes. Awake with a refreshed mind, a relaxed body, and a rejuvenated soul.
